Festival Tickets

Folk Rock Fest will happen whether rain or shine.

The artist line-up / set times are subject to change without notice.

We are a family friendly festival – children aged 0 to 12 years have free access, only if accompanied by a parent or legal trustee.

Minors between 12 and 17 years old must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are non-returnable. Refunds will only be available if the Festival is cancelled or entirely rescheduled. The performers and advertised attractions are subject to change, and no refunds will be offered if any performances are cancelled.

Tickets must be purchased from www.iabilet.ro , either directly from the site or via one our officially authorized outlets listed on our website.

Tickets purchased from unauthorized sales channels (e.g., scalpers or resale sites) may be forged, and in this case would not be honored or eligible for a refund.

You will exchange your printed ticket or scan your mobile ticket in exchange for a General Admission or VIP wristband at the entrance of the festival. These wristbands will grant you access to Folk Rock Fest. You will not be allowed to enter the festival events unless wearing your own, valid wristband. Festival wristbands must be worn at all times.
There will be no automatic right of re-admission during the Festival should the wristband become lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged and you unconditionally accept the risk of damage to, loss of and/or theft of your band. Your wristband is not redeemable for cash.

 

Bilete pentru Festival

Evenimentul Folk Rock Fest va avea loc chiar daca va ploua sau va fi soare.

Line-up-ul / ora de prestare a artistilor poate fi modificat fără notificare prealabila.

Suntem un festival prietenos cu familia – copiii cu vârsta cuprinsă între 0 și 12 ani au acces liber, numai dacă sunt însoțiți de un părinte sau de un insotitor legal.

Minorii între 12 și 17 ani trebuie să aibă un bilet valabil și să fie însoțiți de un adult.

Biletele sunt nereturnabile. Rambursările vor fi disponibile numai dacă festivalul este anulat sau în întregime reprogramat. Artiștii interpreți sau executanți și atracțiile reclamate pot fi modificate și nu vor fi oferite restituiri în cazul în care performanțele sunt anulate.

Biletele pot fi achiziționate de pe www.iabilet.ro, fie direct de pe site-ul www.folkrockfest.ro, fie prin intermediul unui magazin autorizat oficial, afișat pe site-ul nostru.

Biletele achiziționate de pe canale de vânzare neautorizate pot fi falsificate și, în acest caz, nu vor fi onorate sau nu vor fi eligibile pentru o rambursare.

 In schimbul biletului tiparit sau al biletului digitral veti primii o bratara ce va va permite intrarea in festival. Nu vi se va permite să participați la evenimentele festivalului decât dacă purtați bratara potrivită. Bratarile trebuie purtate in permanenta pe intreaga durata a festivalului.

Nu se veti primi o alta bratara în cazul în care brățara se va pierde, va fi furata, distrusă sau deteriorată și veți accepta necondiționat riscul de deteriorare, pierdere și/sau furt al propriei bratari. Brățara dvs. nu este transmisibila.

 

At the Festival

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the Festival. There will be a random body search on admission policy in operation. It is a condition of entry to the Festival that you will submit to any reasonable search request.
During the Festival, you must be able to provide valid identification if requested by a member of security or crew.

Participants are not allowed to enter the festival area with food and drinks.
You will not be permitted to entry the Festival if you are in the possession of the following prohibited items: items that may be used in a dangerous or threatening manner, knives of any description (and any other sharp items) alcoholic drinks, cans, glass bottles.
The Festival cannot take liability for any confiscated items – please enquire with us before you bring anything you feel may be confiscated.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Festival. Any person found in possession of such substances will be denied entry and / or removed from the Festival, and Police may be called to attend.

To ensure the safety of all festival attendees, access to the event sites will be refused to, but not limited to, people who:

• Are under the influence of illegal drugs or any other illegal substances.
• Are clearly suffering from alcohol or other substance intoxication.
• Have been previously banned from festivals and/or other events by the organizer, the administration or legal authorities.
• Are demonstrating an intent to disturb the peace or to provoke someone else to do so.
• Engage in fighting or any disruptive behaviour.
• Resist the direction of and searches by the Festival’s security guards.

 

Pe timpul festivalului:

Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a refuza admiterea la Festival. Se va efectua o căutare corporala sau a bagajului.
Aceasta este o condiție de intrare la Festival la care va veți supune oricarei solicitări de căutare rezonabilă.
În timpul Festivalului, trebuie să aveți posibilitatea de a furniza un act de indentificare in original (ex. Buletin, pasaport, permis auto) dacă este cerută de catre un membru al personalului de securitate sau de echipaj.

Participanților nu li se permite să intre în zona festivalului cu mâncare și băuturi.

Nu vi se va permite să intrați în Festival dacă sunteți în posesia următoarelor obiecte interzise: obiecte care pot fi folosite într-un mod periculos sau amenințător, cuțite de orice tip (și alte obiecte ascuțite), băuturi alcoolice, cutii, sticle, arme de foc sau alte arme albe.

Festivalul nu poate să-și asume răspunderea pentru obiectele confiscate – vă rugăm să ne întrebați înainte de a aduce ceva ce credeti ca poate fi confiscat.

Substanțele ilegale sunt strict interzise la Festival. Orice persoană găsită în posesia unor astfel de substanțe ii va fi refuzată intrarea și / sau retragerea din cadrul Festivalului, iar poliția ar putea fi chemată.

Pentru a asigura siguranța tuturor participanților la festival, accesul in festival va fi refuzat persoanelor care:

• Sunt sub influența drogurilor ilegale sau a altor substanțe ilegale.
• Suferă de intoxicație cu alcool sau alte substanțe ilegale.
• Au fost interzise în trecut de festivaluri și/sau alte evenimente de către organizator, administrație sau autorități legale.
• Isi arata intenția de a deranja pacea sau de a provoca pe altcineva să facă acest lucru.
• Nu se supun controlului sau a indicatilor oferite de catre echpa de securitate sau Organizator.

At the Festival, it is forbidden to try to access sections restricted to certain ticket holders, artists or Folk Rock Fest staff – such as production rooms, VIP zones, press rooms, offices, backstage and working areas – unless in accordance with your Ticket or credentials.

At the Festival it is forbidden to obstruct entrances, exits and evacuation routes and/or to linger at these locations any longer than strictly necessary for entering or exiting the Festival site. It is also forbidden to deface, mark, damage, tear down or otherwise destroy, in whole or in part, any of the decorations or part of the Festival site.

Unauthorized photography or audio/video recording of any performance at the Festival is strictly prohibited.

Persons attending the Festival may be filmed, photographed or recorded as part of the audience. This media is owned by Folk Rock Fest and may be used for any promotional material or other publication of the Festival. The “Footage” may also be used by or on behalf of the Company or any of the Company’s parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, sponsors, officers, shareholders, successors or assigns for any purpose, including, but not limited to, archival, promotional, and commercial purposes, without any compensation to you. By attending the event you give Folk Rock Fest the permission to use this media without any compensation to you. You waive all other rights in the Footage, including, but not limited to, all claims of so-called moral rights. This Footage may also be used as a means to identify and facilitate the prosecution of illegal or impermissible conduct.

Any recordings made by ticket holders on or near the Festival site may not be used for commercial or public purposes, unless consented to by the Company.

The Promoters cannot accept liability for any damages, loss or injuries sustained at the Festival, including loss or damage to property, however caused.

La Festival, este interzisă accesarea secțiunilor limitate – cum ar fi camerele de producție, zonele VIP, sălile de presă, birourile, culise și zonele de lucru – cu excepția cazului în care biletul/bratara permite acest lucru.

La Festival, este interzisă obstrucționarea intrărilor, iesirilor și rutelor de evacuare și/ sau staționarea în aceste locuri mai mult decât este strict necesar pentru intrarea sau ieșirea din zona Festivalului. De asemenea, este interzisă distrugerea, desenarea, vandalizarea, oricărui decor sau parte a elementelor din amenajarea Festivalului.

Fotografierea neautorizată sau înregistrarea audio / video cu aparatura profesionala este strict interzisă.

Persoanele care participă la Festival pot fi filmate, fotografiate sau înregistrate ca parte a publicului. Acest material este deținut de Folk Rock Fest și poate fi utilizat pentru orice material promoțional sau altă publicație a Festivalului. „Înregistrările” pot fi, de asemenea, utilizate de către/sau în numele Companiei sau a oricărei entități-mamă, afiliaților, partenerilor, sponsorilor, acționarilor, succesorilor sau cesionarilor, în orice scop, inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la, cele promoționale și comerciale, fără nici o compensație pentru dvs.
Prin participarea la eveniment, îi dai lui Folk Rock Fest permisiunea de a folosi acest suport fără nici o compensație. Renunți la toate drepturile din film, inclusiv drepturi morale. Această secvență poate fi, de asemenea, utilizată ca mijloc de identificare și facilitare a urmăririi penale a comportamentelor ilegale sau nepermise.

Orice înregistrare făcută de deținătorii de bilete pe sau în apropierea locului Festivalului nu poate fi utilizată în scopuri comerciale sau publice, cu excepția cazului în care Organizatorul este de acord.

Promotorii nu își asumă răspunderea pentru eventualele daune, pierderi sau răniri suferite la Festival, inclusiv pierderi sau pagube materiale, indiferent de cauză.

 

Parking

The Company disclaims all responsibility from losses or damages to vehicles parked in or near the Festival. The Company is not responsible for losses or damage to any vehicle on or near the Festival, including, without limitation, vehicles towed from the Festival site.

Off-Site Accommodation

Off-site accommodation is booked through partner accommodation vendors. Folk Rock Fest accepts no responsibility for accommodation booked through these vendors. Please contact the vendor you have purchased your accommodation from for their Terms.

Medical Care

In the event of a medical emergency, you hereby consent to medical care and transportation at your cost in order to obtain treatment that is deemed reasonably appropriate or necessary by the reasonable discretion of the Festival staff, security, police or medical professionals.
You hereby agree to release and not hold responsible the Company from any liability arising out of, or in connection with, the actions or omissions of the Company related to your medical care.

You recognize and acknowledge that there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness and that not all such risks can be fully eliminated.
You understand this waiver extends to any liability that arises out of, or is in any way connected with the medical treatment and transportation provided in the event of an emergency and/or injury.
By entering the Festival site, you voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of death, bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, that may be sustained as a result of attendance at the Festival or while on the premises, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Company Parties.

 

Parcarea

Organizatorul își declină orice responsabilitate de pierderi sau daune produse vehiculelor parcate în/sau în apropierea Festivalului. Organizatorul nu este responsabil pentru pierderile sau daunele aduse vreunui vehicul din/sau în apropierea Festivalului.

Cazare in afara zonei de camping

Cazarea în afara zonei de campingpoate fi facuta direct la pensiuni/hoteluri (cele care nu sunt partenere festivalului) sau prin intermediul Organizatorului (la pensiunele/hotelurile partenere festivalului ce vor fi afisate pe www.folkrockfest.ro).
Pensiunile/hotelurile sunt direct raspunzatoare de servicile oferite.

Ingrijire medicala

În caz de urgență medicală, sunteți de acord cu îngrijirea și transportul medical pus la dispozitie de catre Organizator. Firma de servicii medicale este contractata de catre Organizator.

Prin prezenta, sunteți de acord să eliberați și să nu îi asumați responsabilitatea Organizatorului față de orice răspundere care decurge din/sau în legătură cu acțiunile sau omisiunile companiei legate de îngrijirea medicală.

Recunoașteți că există pericole și riscuri de vătămare fizică sau boală și că nu toate aceste riscuri pot fi eliminate în totalitate.

Înțelegeți că această derogare se extinde la orice răspundere care rezultă din/sau este în orice fel legată de tratamentul medical și transportul furnizat în caz de urgență și / sau rănire.

Prin intrarea in cadrul Festivalului, sunteți de acord să vă asumați în întregime riscul de deces, vătămare corporală sau daune materiale, indiferent de severitate, ca urmare a participării la festival sau în timpul desfășurării evenimentului, indiferent dacă provine sau nu de neglijenței sau neglijenței grave a Organizatorului.

 

Waiver

By entering the Festival, you assume any and all risk and/or danger, known or unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, resulting from, or incidental to, the Festival, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the Festival, including, but not limited to, any death, personal injury or loss, damage or liability whatsoever. You understand that your use of your ticket is contingent upon your voluntary assumption of the risk and danger that may result from, or be incidental to, your presence at the Festival, whether occurring prior to, during or after the Festival, including any actions or omissions of the Company Parties.

By entering the Festival, you acknowledge and agree that you may be subject to extremely loud music and sounds, as well as special effects, including, but not limited to, laser lights, strobe lights, flashing lights, a variety of light emitting diodes (“LED”), rapidly changing or alternating images, and use of smoke, fog, and pyrotechnics (collectively, the “Special Effects”) at the Festival.

You acknowledge and understand that the Ticket is a revocable license to attend the Festival for which it was issued, and is subject to revocation and denial of admission without compensation for any reason, including, but not limited to, your attempted or actual violation of any of the rules set forth herein, policy or regulations and for any other action taken by you in violation of any local, state or federal law, or that may endanger other Ticket Holders.

 

Renunțarea

 

Prin intrarea în Festival, vă asumați orice risc și / sau pericol, cunoscut sau necunoscut, previzibil și neprevăzut, care rezultă sau este incidental pentru Festival, indiferent dacă a avut loc înainte, în timpul sau ulterior Festivalului, inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la, orice deces, vătămare corporală sau pierdere, daună sau răspundere. Înțelegeți că folosirea biletului dvs. depinde de asumarea voluntară a riscului și a pericolului care poate rezulta din prezența Dvs. la Festival, sau care poate fi întâmplător în prezența dumneavoastră, chiar dacă a avut loc înainte, în timpul sau după Festival, inclusiv orice acțiune sau omisiuni ale părților societății.

Prin intrarea în Festival, recunoașteți și sunteți de acord că puteți fi supuși unei muzici și sunete extrem de puternice, precum și efecte speciale, inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la acestea, lumini laser, lumini stroboscopice, lumini intermitente, diverse diode emise de lumină „LED”), imagini cu schimbare rapidă sau alternantă și utilizarea fumului și a pirotehnicelor (colectiv „Efectele Speciale”) la Festival.

Recunoașteți și înțelegeți că Biletul este o licență revocabilă pentru a participa la Festivalul pentru care a fost emis și că este supusă revocării și respingerii admiterii fără compensație din orice motiv, incluzând, dar fără a se limita la, tentativa sau încălcarea a regulilor enunțate aici, a politicilor sau regulamentelor și pentru orice alte acțiuni întreprinse de dvs. prin încălcarea oricărei legi locale sau de stat sau care ar putea pune în pericol pe ceilalți deținători de bilete.

 

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify and not hold responsible the Company, its parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, and each of their respective representatives, officers, directors, owners, members, trustees, agents, employees, successors and assigns, including the owners of the venues where the Festival events take place, the ticket agent(s), festival sponsors, the promoter(s), and the performing artists, including their respective management, agents, staff and designees (collectively, the “Company Parties”) from any loss, liability, damage or cost in any way arising out of or related to, your actions and omissions at, around, or while traveling to and from, the Festival.

You hereby waive, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue the Company Parties from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the Festival, for any claims, causes of action, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints, controversies, damages, costs or experiences of whatsoever kind, nature, or description arising out of, or related to the Festival, your attendance at the Festival, or your travel to and from the Festival, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Company Parties.

For safety reasons, the Company reserves the right to, without any prior notice or compensation to you: (i) postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Festival; (ii) provisionally keep visitors on the Festival site at the end of the Festival; (iii) totally or partially vacate the Festival site; and (iv) deny access to the Festival site regardless of the possession of a Ticket.

The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or alter any aspect of the Festival (including, without limitation, the appearance of any performer or artist, and/or the order of performance of any performer or artist), at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without any prior notice or compensation to You. You understand that the artists and/or line up for the Festival may be changed and that such occurrence shall not, under any circumstances, entitle You to any claim whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a refund for Your Ticket.

Compensație

 

Prinprezenta, sunteti de accord sa nu trageti la raspundere Organiztorul, societatea-mamă, a afiliatului și a companiilor filială și a reprezentanților acestora, a ofițerilor, directorilor, proprietarilor, membrilor, administratorilor, agenților, angajaților, succesorilor și mandatarilor, inclusiv proprietarilor locațiilor unde au loc evenimentele Festivalului, agenții de bilete, sponsorii festivalului, promotorii și artiștii interpreți sau executanți, inclusiv conducerea, agenții, personalul și designeele acestora (colectiv, „Companiile partenere”), din orice pierdere , răspunderea, daunele sau costurile generate în vreun fel din sau legate de acțiunile și omisiunile dvs. la, în jurul sau în timpul călătoriei spre și dinspre Festival. Prin prezenta renunțați la dreptul de a nu da înjudecată Companiile Partene rereferitor la orice răspundere care decurge din/sau în legătură cu Festivalul, pentru orice pretenții, cauze de acțiune, obligații, procese, acuzații, reclamații, controverse, daune ,costuri sau experiențe de orice fel, natura sau descrierea care decurg din sau în legătură cu Festivalul, participarea dvs. la Festival sau călătoria dvs. către și dinspre Festival, indiferent dacă este cauzată sau nu de neglijența sau de neglijența gravă a Companiilor partenere. Din motive de siguranță, compania își rezervă dreptul (i) de a retrage, anula, întrerupe sau opri Festivalul; (ii) să țină provizoriu vizitatorii pe locul de desfasurare al Festivalului pana la sfârșitul Festivalului; (iii) eliminarea totală sau parțială din cadrul Festivalului; și (iv) să refuze accesul in Festival, indiferent de posesia unui Bilet.
Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a schimba, modifica orice aspect al Festivalului (inclusiv, fără a se limita la aspectul oricărui interpret sau artist și / sau ordinea de performanță a oricărui interpret sau artist), în orice moment, pentru orice motiv, fără nici o notificare prealabilă sau compensare pentru dvs. Înțelegeți că artiștii și / sau linia up-ul pentru Festival pot fi schimbate și că această situație nu va permite, în nici un caz, să solicitați nici o plată, inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la, o rambursare pentru Biletul dvs.

You understand, acknowledge and agree that the names of any artist, act or performer contained in any Festival promotional material is intended for informational purposes only, and does not, in any way, represent the importance or headline status of any single artist, act or performer, and is subject to change without prior notice.
The organizers reserve the right to amend this Regulation at any time without prior notice from the Participant. Any changes will be displayed on the event web site www.folkrockfest.ro and at the entrance to the Festival venue and will be immediately applicable after the time of the show.

Force Majeure

If the Festival is cancelled in whole or in part due to a Force Majeure Event, you will not be entitled to a refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may issue, at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion, a partial or full refund of your Ticket, by accounting for, among other considerations, the extent and nature of the cancellation.
A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean an act of God, act of terrorism, flood, hurricane, tsunami or other natural disaster, war, strike or other labour condition or dispute, an order or injunction of any court or administrative body or any other act of public authority, severe weather threatening the safety of Festival attendees or similar contingency or unexpected event, and any such occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Company. You understand that in all instances, the maximum remedy You may receive for the cancellation of any part of the Festival, if any, will be the face value of Your Ticket, excluding all fees and/or service charges paid by You in connection with the purchase of Your Ticket.

 

Forță majoră

Dacă Festivalul este anulat în totalitate sau parțial din cauza unui eveniment de forță majoră, nu veți avea dreptul la o rambursare. Fără a aduce atingere celor de mai sus, Organizatorul poate emiteo rambursare parțială sau integrală a Biletului, contabilizând, printre alte considerente, amploarea și natura anularii.

Un „eveniment de forță majoră” înseamnă un act al lui Dumnezeu, act de terorism, inundații, uragan, tsunami sau alte dezastre naturale, războaie, greve sau alte condiții de muncă sau litigiu, ordin sau ordin al oricărei instanțe sau organe administrative actul de autoritate publică, vremea severă care amenință siguranța participanților la Festival sau o situație neprevăzută sau un eveniment neașteptat. Înțelegeți că, in caz de compensatie, pe care ați putea-o primi pentru anularea oricărei părți a Festivalului, dacă este cazul, va fi valoarea nominală a Biletului dvs., excluzând toate comisioanele și / sau taxele de serviciu plătite de dvs. în legătură cu cumpărarea biletelor dvs.
