REGULI SI REGULAMENT PENTRU PARTICIPAREA LA
FOLK ROCK FEST PIATRA CRAIULUI 2019
Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului este un festival creat pentru a ajuta cât mai mulţi oameni să experimenteze frumuseţea sălbatică a Parcului Naţional Piatra Craiului.
Noi depunem mult efort pentru a vă aduce aici, așa că sperăm să vă bucuraţi și să respectaţi munca noastră astfel încât împreună să putem schimba perspectiva lumii în bine, referitor la natură și la moștenirea noastră.

I. Regulamentul
1. Acest document Reguli și Regulamente este un acord între Organizator și Participant. În timpul vânzării biletului sunteți obligat să acceptați Reguli și Regulamente FOLK ROCK FEST PIATRA CRAIULUI.
2. Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a modifica Reguli și Regulamente fără o notificare prealabilă a Participantului. Orice modificări vor fi postate pe site-ul Festivalului – folkrockfest.ro, în secțiunea Reguli și Regulamente.
3. Cumpărând un bilet, o persoană este de acord cu regulile evenimentului și cu următorii termeni și condiții.
II. Bilete, tipuri de bilete și achiziții de bilete
1. Bilete
1.1 Există 5 tipuri de bilete pentru festival:
• Admitere generală – acces în zona festivalului din prima zi, 15 august, ora 17:00, până la sfârșitul festivalului, 18 august, 14:00.
• Admitere generală cu camping – acces în zona festivalului din prima zi, 15 august, 10:00, până la sfârșitul festivalului, 18 august, 20:00 și acces în zona de camping din 15 august, 10:00, până la sfârșitul festivalului, 18 august, 20:00.
• Ziua 1 – accesul în zona festivalului începând cu 15 august, ora 10:00, până la 16 august, 8:00.
• Ziua 2 – accesul în zona festivalului începând cu 16 august, ora 10:00, până la 17 august, 8:00.
• Ziua 3 – accesul în zona festivalului începând cu 17 august, ora 10:00, până la 18 august, 8:00.
• Ziua 4 – accesul în zona festivalului începând cu 18 august, ora 10:00, până la 18 august, 14:00.
1.2 Accesul în camping – biletul pentru campare:
Camping – accesul în zona de camping, începând cu 15 august, ora 10:00, până la sfârșitul festivalului, 18 august, 20:00 este valabil doar cu un bilet de intrare generală.
1.3 Vă garantăm doar validitatea biletelor achiziționate de la partenerul nostru de festival, iabilet.ro
1.4 Revânzarea biletelor și a invitațiilor pentru a obține un profit este strict interzisă. Organizatorii își rezervă dreptul de a interzice accesul în zona festivalului celor implicați în astfel de activități și de a confisca biletele revândute și / sau invitații aflate în posesia lor.
1.5 Este strict interzisă publicarea pe rețelele de socializare sau pe alte site-uri codul de bare unic al biletului.
1.6 La validarea biletului (indiferent de tip), participantul va primi o brăţară care permite intrarea în festival pentru o persoană. După scanarea biletului, Participantul trebuie să păstreze brăţara la mână pe parcursul întregului festival. Brăţara deteriorată sau falsă nu va oferi niciun drept pentru Participant și accesul va fi refuzat cu excepţia cazului în care este achiziționat un bilet nou. Organizatorul are dreptul să însoțească în afara perimetrului festivalului persoanele care nu poartă brăţara.
1.7 Biletele pierdute sau furate nu vor fi reeditate.
 2. Cumpărarea biletelor
2.1 Biletele sunt disponibile online: pe www.iabilet.ro și în toate magazinele partenere ale agentului de ticketing menționat mai sus. Magazinele partenere sunt disponibile pe site-urile web ale agenților de ticketing.
2.2 Începând cu 15 august și până la data de 18 august, biletele pot fi achiziționate la punctul de vânzare din apropierea intrării festivalului.
3. Returnarea biletelor
3.1 Biletul nu este rambursabil decât dacă evenimentul este anulat de către Organizator. Mutarea evenimentului într-un alt loc din aceeași zonă geografică nu constituie motiv pentru rambursarea contravalorii biletului. Dacă evenimentul este reprogramat, biletul nu poate fi rambursat. Cererile de rambursare trebuie realizate în termen de 30 de zile (termenul impus de lege) după data anulării evenimentului în punctul de vânzare de unde au fost achiziționate biletele inițial. Rambursarea biletelor se poate face numai atunci când biletele sunt intacte, iar rambursarea se referă doar la valoarea biletului. Comisia de vânzare a biletelor, costurile de imprimare și distribuție sau costurile suplimentare (cazare, transport, curier etc.) nu vor fi restituite în niciun caz.
3.2 Biletul nu este rambursabil, în cazul schimbărilor din program, respectiv anulării programului unora dintre artiştii anunţaţi.
4. Modificarea prețurilor
Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a modifica prețurile biletelor fără notificare prealabilă. Modificările vor fi anunțate pe paginile oficiale ale Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului.
III. Participarea la eveniment
1. Intrare, zona Acces
Harta festivalului, cu toate zonele, este disponibilă online pe www.folkrockfest.ro și pe paginile oficiale de social media.
1.1 Intrarea la festival va fi permisă doar prin zona de acces generală, pe baza unui bilet valabil, care va fi înlocuit cu o brăţară de acces. Toți participanții ar trebui să aibă un document de identificare (carte de identitate sau pașaport) și vă rugăm să rețineți că Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a refuza accesul oricărui participant, în orice moment, dacă se află într-o stare evidentă de confuzie, violenţă sau sub influența substanțelor interzise.
1.2 Accesul copiilor sub 12 ani este gratuit, dar numai dacă sunt însoțiți de un părinte, adult sau de un tutore. Adultul însoțitor trebuie să prezinte un bilet valabil.
1.3 Accesul participanților cu vârste cuprinse între 12 și 16 ani este permis numai dacă au un bilet valabil și sunt însoțiți de un adult.
1.4 Accesul participanților cu vârste cuprinse între 16 și 18 ani este permis doar dacă au un bilet valabil și un acord parental semnat.
1.5 Accesul la festival este interzis cu băuturi alcoolice, medicamente, substanțe periculoase, explozibili, obiecte toxice sau inflamabile, dispozitive pirotehnice, obiecte din sticlă / sticle, produse cosmetice, umbrele, dispozitive foto-video profesionale, vuvuzele, drone sau aeronave cu telecomandă / mașini / jucării, articole cu texte și / sau expresii discriminatorii și / sau provocatoare, scaune, hoverboard / segway, lampioane, obiecte contondente și / sau ascuțite, spray cu piper, lanțuri și arme de orice tip, elemente care ar putea avea un efect negativ cu privire la siguranța, sănătatea sau bunăstarea participanților la festival. Posesorii de bilete vor trece printr-un punct de verificare înainte de accesul la festival pentru a ne asigura de respectarea regulilor festivalului.
1.6 Accesul cu animale de companie este permis numai în termenii legali pentru animalele de companie în spațiile publice.
Comportamentul animalelor de companie este în mod exclusiv responsabilitatea participanţilor.

1.7 Participanții nu au voie să aducă alimente sau lichide în zona festivalului.
1.8 Articole care pot fi permise în festival: rucsacuri, telefoane mobile / încărcătoare, țigări / brichete, camere digitale (compacte, non-pro), pălării, ochelari de soare, impermeabile, picături pentru lentile de contact, medicamente cu rețetă, insulină (cu diabet zaharat), steaguri și selfie stick-uri, creme pentru protecție solară, produse anti-înţepături de insecte.
1.9 În zona de camping, participanților li se permite să aducă apă și băuturi răcoritoare în cantităţi de până la 2l de persoană. Băuturile alcoolice pot fi achiziționate de la barul de camping și de la barurile festivalului.
1.10 Participanții își asumă întreaga responsabilitate pentru participarea la festival, inclusiv următoarele:
a) Persoanele cu boli fizice sau psihice pentru care zonele aglomerate, zgomotele puternice, efectele sonore speciale, vizuale și audio reprezintă un risc, își asumă toată răspunderea pentru orice prejudiciu pe care îl pot suferi în timpul evenimentului. Spectacolul poate conține efecte puternice de lumină care ar putea dăuna copiilor sau persoanelor epileptice, astfel că participanții sunt pe deplin responsabili de participarea la spectacolele prezentate în festival pe scene / alte zone.
b) În ceea ce privește riscurile de vătămare sau daune materiale, orice participant este pe deplin responsabil pentru comportamentul său și pentru bunurile personale din zona festivalului, inclusiv din zona campingului și a punctelor de acces.
c) În ceea ce privește jocul, divertismentul și zonele de sport, precum și alte domenii care pot prezenta risc de accidentare, participanții se vor asigura că au condiția fizică și psihică necesare participării. Organizatorii și filialele lor pot solicita participantului să semneze un document care să ateste asumarea tuturor riscurilor în ceea ce priveşte accesul în zonele sportive și / sau alte întreprinderi purtătoare de riscuri din zona festivalului.
1.11 Este strict interzisă intrarea în festival cu mașina fără un permis de acces emis de Organizator.
1.12 Persoanele cu dizabilități care doresc să participe la eveniment trebuie să trimită un e-mail la contact@folkrockfest.ro cu următoarele documente:
• Copia certificatului de invaliditate
• Copii după actul de identitate pentru persoana care solicită acces și însoțitorul său
• Copii certificate ale documentelor care atestă faptul că însoțitorul este autorizat să acționeze ca însoțitor
• Declarație pe propria răspundere cu privire la dreptul de a însoți persoana cu dizabilități, semnată de îngrijitor
Persoanele a căror cerere va fi considerată valabilă vor primi automat 2 bilete gratuite la festival, în limita disponibilităţii. Dacă documentele nu sunt prezentate sau persoana refuză o verificare corespunzătoare, accesul persoanelor nu va fi permis la eveniment.
1.13 La Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului este posibil să vă încărcați telefonul mobil. În acest fel veți putea să vă contactaţi prietenii și să vă împărtășiți experiențele pe rețelele de socializare. Veți găsi amplasarea exactă a zonei de încărcare pe harta festivalului și în aplicația festivalului.
2. Codul de conduită – zona festivalului
2.1 Organizatorul investește mult efort și forță de muncă pentru a transforma Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului într-o experiență magică în aer liber. Fiecare vizitator trebuie să arate respectul corespunzător față de colegii participanți și faţa de infrastructura festivalului. Ruperea sau orice altă formă de distrugere a decorului, construcţiilor și / sau zonelor verzi va duce la interzicerea accesului în festival, persoanele vinovate fiind refuzate pe întreaga perioadă a festivalului. Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a depune o plângere penală împotriva vinovatului. Toți participanții trebuie să respecte regulile sociale, legile și cele enumerate în prezentul regulament. Participanții nu au voie să desfășoare nicio activitate care poate pune în pericol sau care poate afecta în vreun fel siguranța sau drepturile oricărui alt participant, locul, scena, decorul și / sau alte articole din festival.
2.2 Va exista o politică de toleranță zero în ceea ce privește orice comportament violent sau abuziv față de personalul nostru sau de alți participanți la festival – făcătorul greșit va fi ejectat imediat din spațiile festivalului; biletul său va fi anulat și scoaterea încheieturii asociate, de asemenea polițiștii și ofițerii Jandarmerie locali vor fi solicitați să pună în custodie participantul / copiii violenți. Publicului este rugat să colaboreze cu personalul nostru, agenții de securitate și forțele de poliție locale – sunt acolo pentru siguranța și securitatea tuturor.
2.3. Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului desfășoară o politică absolută de toleranță zero în ceea ce privește drogurile. Este interzisă utilizarea, tratarea și / sau deținerea de droguri atât pe terenul festivalului, cât și pe locul de camping. Dacă un participant este prins folosind și / sau consumând droguri sau dacă este găsit având în posesie droguri, acesta va fi obligat să părăsească locul festivalului și / sau campingul. Vom urmări îndeaproape astfel de acţiuni pentru a ne asigura că toată lumea respectă această regulă. Această politică este aplicată riguros și cazurile relevante vor fi predate Poliției.
2.4 În timpul festivalului vor fi realizate fotografii și înregistrări video: la intrarea în spațiul festivalului, toți vizitatorii își exprimă acordul tacit Organizatorului pentru utilizarea și difuzarea acestor imagini pentru orice activitate de promovare a festivalului. Participanții trebuie să recunoască faptul că este posibil să apară în astfel de materiale fără a putea revendica niciun drept sau compensație pentru aceste materiale. Organizatorul are dreptul să folosească aceste materiale și să le publice pe diverse canale (de ex. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, site-ul festivalului, aplicația festivalului, toate canalele media) și să le utilizeze în campanii publicitare fără a compensa în niciun fel participantul. Vă rugăm să citiți nota de informații cu privire la utilizarea datelor cu caracter personal în timpul festivalului.
2.5 Participanții recunosc că pe parcursul festivalului, orice activitate comercială sau publicitară fără acordul scris al Organizatorului este strict interzisă.
2.6 Participanții nu au voie să reproducă imagini ale evenimentului (afiș / flyer / etc.), să utilizeze imaginea sau numele artiștilor implicați (sau orice alte nume, logo-uri sau mărci asociate evenimentului), sau bilete / invitații pentru eveniment în scopuri promoționale sau comerciale, fără permisiunea Organizatorului. Este interzisă distribuirea de pliante sau agățarea de afișe ale altor evenimente / festivaluri în timpul Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului, inclusiv în zona de camping și în împrejurimile intrării la festival. Este interzisă distribuirea de pliante pe străzi, în camping sau în cadrul festivalului.
2.7 Minorilor li se interzice consumul de alcool și țigări. În caz de îndoială, personalul poate solicita un act de identitate care să ateste vârsta legală și poate refuza vânzarea de alcool și / sau țigări către persoane care nu prezintă un act valid.
2.8 Participarea la orice festival are riscuri. Participarea la Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului 2019 este pe propriul risc. Dacă aveți în grijă copii cu vârsta sub 18 ani, atunci vă asumați responsabilitatea pentru siguranța și bunăstarea lor. Nici Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului, nici partenerii nu vor fi responsabili pentru furt, pierdere sau daune aduse proprietății, cu excepția cazului în care furtul, pierderea sau deteriorarea proprietății a fost cauzată de neglijența Organizatorului – răspunderea pentru furt, pierdere sau deteriorarea proprietății cauzate de neglijența Participantului sau de actele sau omisiunile comercianților, patronilor sau ale altor terți sunt excluse.
2.9 Înotul în râul Bârsa. în interiorul zonei festivalului este interzis și extrem de periculos.
2.10 Folosirea toaletelor este gratuită la Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului. Există toalete individuale din plastic (toi toi) în 2 (două) zone ale festivalului pe care le puteți găsi pe harta festivalului şi care vor fi curățate zilnic. În zona de camping există containere cu toalete și, de asemenea, containere cu duș, pentru utilizarea de către participanții cu acces la camping, gratuit.
Este strict interzis să urinezi în public. Dacă ești prins că urinezi în public, îţi asumi riscul de a fi dar afară de pe situl festivalului.
3. Securitate și siguranță
3.1 Siguranța este una dintre cele mai importante priorități ale Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului. Prin urmare, Organizatorul cooperează cu Forța Poliției Române. Aceasta va fi, în parteneriat cu Poliția Locală, responsabilă atât pentru siguranța vizitatorilor, cât și pentru cea a locuitorilor din zonă. În timpul Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului, Poliția Română și Poliția Locală a judeţului Braşov vor lucra împreună cu agenți specializați, angajați special pentru a asigura siguranța pe site-ul festivalului. În cadrul evenimentului, participanții sunt obligați să respecte cerințele agenților de securitate, să colaboreze cu aceștia și să respecte instrucțiunile lor în caz de urgență.
3.2 În caz de acte de violență sau de punere în pericol a altor persoane sau bunuri, agenții de securitate pot decide evacuarea persoanelor implicate în afara spațiului în care se desfăşoară festivalul.
3.3 Este interzisă utilizarea focului și a materialelor inflamabile pe terenurile festivalului sau în apropierea terenurilor festivalului, inclusiv în zona de camping.
4. Primul ajutor
4.1 În cadrul festivalului, o echipă de prim ajutor și un medic vor fi prezenți permanent la fața locului, iar lângă intrare, o ambulanță va fi gata să transporte orice persoană rănită / aflată în suferință la cel mai apropiat spital din zonă. Puteți recunoaște echipa de prim ajutor și ambulanța prin intermediul uniformelor, al crucii roșii, iar plasarea specifică va fi fixată și pe harta și în aplicația festivalului.
Dacă aveți nevoie să vă aduceți medicația la festival, vă rugăm să vă asigurați că aveți o scrisoare medicală cu dvs. pentru a o arăta la intrare.
5. Obiecte pierdute
5.1 Articolele pierdute și găsite trebuie aduse în zona Lost & Found, marcată pe harta festivalului. Proprietarii își pot recupera obiectele urmând instrucțiunile Organizatorului. Este posibil să li se solicite să prezinte dovezi că articolul le aparține (de exemplu, numărul PIN pentru un telefon mobil pierdut). După încheierea festivalului, Organizatorul va păstra în siguranță obiectele găsite pentru o perioadă de 15 zile, iar dacă niciun participant nu le solicită, obiectele vor fi distruse și / sau eliminate.
 6. Produse și servicii
6.1. Pe parcursul evenimentului, produsele și serviciile sunt disponibile în zone special amenajate (baruri, food court, loc de joacă, zona de meșteșuguri, zona de închiriere, zone de activare a sponsorilor etc.). Participanții se angajează să folosească drept plată pentru achiziționarea lor doar metodele și instrumentele de plată acceptate de Organizator și partenerii săi. De regulă, plata în cadrul evenimentului se va face folosind sistemul Oveit.
6.2 Cardul Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului este emis de Organizator. Prin preluarea cardului și a brăţării de acces la festival, titularul este de acord cu prevederile și acceptă să fie obligat la acestea. Cardul Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului este un portofel digital emis de Organizator, care va fi folosit ca singură metodă de plată pentru achizițiile de la locul de desfășurare. Cardul și eticheta NFC se bazează pe tehnologia de plată fără numerar. Cardul nu poate fi considerat un card de debit / credit sau un echivalent de plată în bani. Cardul poate fi utilizat doar pentru plăți fără numerar în timpul Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului 2019, cu o dată de expirare stabilită pentru 18 august 2019, ora 16:00. Soldul rămas pe card poate fi retras până la sfârșitul perioadei de retragere, definit mai jos. Condițiile de retragere sunt, de asemenea, stabilite mai jos. Cardul nu conține informații sensibile legate de titular. Cardul este valabil de la preluare și poate fi utilizat după încărcarea sa inițială și reîncărcările ulterioare. Soldul nerevendicat de pe card, așa cum este indicat la sfârșitul Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului 2019, NU POATE fi folosit la un eveniment ulterior.
Vizitatorul poate solicita un card la sosirea la festival, la Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului 2019 CARD TOP-UP POINT. Anularea sau înlocuirea cardului Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului 2019 pierdut sau deteriorat poate fi solicitată doar de către un utilizator înregistrat.

Procesul de înregistrare:
• Utilizatorului i se va oferi la punctul de acces o cartelă goală; pentru înregistrarea și activarea cardului, utilizatorul va veni la PUNCTUL DE TOP-UP CARD cu cardul gol, care va fi înregistrat și activat de personalul festivalului cu elementele de identificare ale utilizatorului.
• Organizatorul nu își asumă nicio responsabilitate pentru daunele cauzate de nerespectarea celor menționate mai sus, pierderea sau deteriorarea cardului, utilizarea de către persoane neautorizate și / sau absența înregistrării. Răspunderea pentru cele menționate mai sus este expres exclusă.
• Fiecare card are un sold individual al contului. Suma maximă pentru o singură reîncărcare (adică limita superioară) este de 500 RON. Soldul cardului poate fi reîncărcat în orice moment dat, în timpul programului normal de lucru al festivalului.

(Re) încărcarea cardului în numerar (numai în moneda RON):
• Soldul cardului poate fi (re) încărcat cu orice sumă în numerar, doar în monedă RON! Suma maximă a unei (re) încărcări este de 500 RON. Reclamațiile pot fi făcute doar la punctul top-up, după taxa de (re) încărcare (dacă diferența poate fi clar determinată). După părăsirea punctului top-up nu se acceptă reclamații.
• Personalul va emite o chitanță pentru operațiunea de completare a cardului (portofel digital).

(Re) încărcarea cardului prin card de debit / credit:
• Soldul cardului poate fi (re) încărcat cu orice sumă, cu card de credit sau debit. Suma maximă a unei (re) încărcări este de 500 RON.
• Soldul este (re) încărcat în lei (și convertit în moneda implicită a cardului de debit / credit la cursul valutar operat de banca emitentă, pentru carduri de debit / credit, altele decât în ​​moneda RON). Reclamațiile pot fi făcute doar la punctele top-up în urma (re) încărcării (dacă diferența poate fi clar determinată). După părăsirea punctului top-up nu se acceptă reclamații.
• Personalul va emite un bon POS pentru operaţiunea cu cardul bancar.
Înlocuirea cardului:
Înlocuirea unui card pierdut și / sau deteriorat poate fi solicitată personal la punctul de asistență, prin furnizarea identității persoanei care solicită înlocuirea, identitate care trebuie să se potrivească cu datele de acreditare de pe cardul care urmează să fie înlocuit. Cardul înlocuit este anulat odată ce soldul este transferat pe noul card, la punctul de asistență. Transferul este instantaneu.

Procesul de plată a furnizorului:
Plata se face la standul vânzătorilor prin interacțiunea terminalelor de plată a vânzătorului și a cardurilor FRF. Procesul de vânzare constă în două operațiuni distincte:
(i) procesul de plată angajat de terminalul de plată mobil (aplicația mobilă), utilizat de vânzător și card, utilizat de cumpărător; cumpărătorul atinge carcasa din spate a dispozitivului mobil (operație care declanșează achiziția), urmată de selectarea produsului / produselor care urmează să fie vândute de către furnizor, afișate pe interfața dispozitivului mobil; dacă vizitatorul acceptă cantitatea și produsul (produsele) indicat(e), tranzacția este inițiată de vânzător;
(ii) vânzătorul va emite un bon fiscal la casa de marcat pentru produsul (produsele) vândute;
(iii) soldul portofelului digital este scăzut odată cu valoarea achiziției;
(iv) afișajul mobil al vânzătorului nu va arăta soldul cardului (fonduri cu portofel digital) din motive de confidențialitate, dar va indica dacă pentru elementele care vor fi achiziționate fondurile disponibile sunt insuficiente;
Dacă tranzacția a fost efectuată și validată, aceasta nu poate fi anulată. Vă rugăm să acordați o atenție deosebită confirmării fiecărei tranzacții, deoarece înainte de orice achiziție vânzătorul este obligat să arate articolele care trebuie achiziționate pe afișajul terminalului mobil (interfață).
Verificarea soldului CARD (portofel digital):
Bilanțul cardului FRF (portofel digital), în orice moment dat în timpul programului normal de lucru al festivalului, poate fi verificat în punctele CARD TOP-UP. Vizitatorul va accepta baza de date și declarația Organizatorului privind soldul FRF CARD (portofel digital) ca final și aplicabil.
Retragerea soldului de pe FRF CARD (fonduri cu portofel digital):
Suma neutilizată poate fi retrasă în punctele de completare. Vizitatorului i se oferă și o confirmare a retragerii.
Posesorul FRF CARD (portofel digital) poate retrage soldul neutilizat în orice moment al festivalului. Retragerea poate fi solicitată de către titular în punctele de completare. În cazul în care o sumă mai mare este retrasă, personalul poate solicita să verifice identitatea deținătorului de card. Vizitatorul înțelege că este posibil să fie nevoit să respecte cererea de verificare a identității. Ultima dată când soldul poate fi retras de pe site-ul festivalului este 18 august, până la ora 16:00, după care fondurile de pe FRF CARD (portofel digital) expiră.
În cazuri extreme, în care fondurile de pe FRF CARD (portofel digital) au expirat și vizitatorul are motive întemeiate pentru a nu putea retrage fonduri în cadrul menționat mai sus, vizitatorul este rugat să contacteze Organizatorul la contact@folkrockfest.ro.
Vizitatorii sunt rugați să acorde atenție acestui lucru şi să nu lase retragerea soldului până în ultimul moment.
Vizitatorul recunoaște și este de acord că datele sale personale pot fi folosite de Oveit (Online Venues & Events SRL, Turnul Rosetti, str. Maria Maria Rosetti, nr. 2, București 020481, cod fiscal RO 34339274), care operează sistemul de portofel digital, în legătură cu utilizarea brăţării, în conformitate cu dispozițiile legale stabilite cu privire la informații, autodeterminare și libertatea informațiilor și alte legi în vigoare privind protecția datelor. Datele sunt stocate în urma evenimentului, în conformitate cu legile relevante, și apoi sunt șterse.
Datele utilizate nu pot fi asociate cu o persoană, cu excepția cazului de înregistrare, atunci când vizitatorul consimte voluntar la utilizarea datelor.
Scopul principal al utilizării datelor este înregistrarea și identificarea referitoare la FRF CARD (portofele digitale).
Vizitatorul (cu inactivarea simultană a cardului său FRF) poate solicita ștergerea datelor sale cu caracter personal (adică FRF CARD consimțământul pentru utilizarea datelor sale personale). Ștergerea poate fi solicitată de la Oveit prin e-mail (contact@oveit.com). Vizitatorul poate retrage, total sau parțial, consimțământul dat anterior, fără să i se ceară să explice motivele acestuia. După primirea notificării privind retragerea și inactivarea FRF CARD (portofel digital), Oveit prevede imediat încetarea utilizării datelor și șterge irevocabil vizitatorul din registrul său și șterge datele cu caracter personal privind retragerea, despre care notifică solicitantul.
Odată cu faptul că vizitatorul acceptă prezentul document, Organizatorul și vizitatorul sunt de acord că orice pretenții care rezultă din raportul juridic specificat în prezent pot fi executate numai de către instanța de judecată competentă din România.
Nicio fotografie sau video sau orice altă înregistrare vizuală nu trebuie făcută din punctele CARD TOP-UP (din exterior sau din interior) sau ale angajaților de acolo. Pentru astfel de înregistrări este necesar acordul prealabil scris al Oveit. Normele de mai sus se aplică tuturor înregistrărilor audio sau vizuale ale angajaților la punctele de reîncărcare.
Organizatorul are dreptul de a modifica unilateral acești termeni și condiții generale, înțelegând că va notifica simultan vizitatorii cu privire la aceasta.
7. Reciclarea și protecția mediului
Organizatorul înființează, împreună cu ONG-uri și companii specializate în reciclare și protecția mediului, zone de reciclare în incinta festivalului. Amplasarea exactă a acestor zone va fi disponibilă pe harta festivalului.
Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului dorește să fie un eveniment curat, fără plastic, în misiunea noastră de a păstra mediul și de a fi cetățeni responsabili ai Planetei Pământ. Prin urmare, rugăm fiecare participant să ni se alăture în această misiune și să folosească containerele speciale amplasate pentru colectarea selectivă a plasticului, hârtiei, a cutiilor metalice şi a sticlei.
8. Zona de camping
8.1 Festivalul are o zonă de camping situată în apropierea festivalului și pe malul râului Bârsa. Personalul din zona de camping va indica amplasarea exactă a fiecărui cort pe care îl aduce participantul, după ce va prezenta admiterea generală valabilă cu un bilet de camping. Accesul în zona de camping a festivalului se face începând cu data de 15 august, la ora 10:00, până la 18 august, la ora 20:00.
La locație va exista un furnizor de cort, cu un număr limitat de corturi de închiriat.
Accesul la festival din zona de camping va fi semnalizat corespunzător de către personalul festivalului.
8.2 În zona de camping vor exista containere cu toaletă, containere cu duș, lumini perimetrale, un bar și o zonă de mâncare, zona de colectare a deșeurilor. Festivalul nu furnizează energie electrică participanților.
8.3 Participantul este obligat să păstreze, să nu deterioreze sau să fure echipamentele instalate în zonă (toalete, dușuri, corpuri de iluminat, garduri, bare, dispozitive de reciclare etc.), corturile și obiectele personale ale altor persoane, mediul înconjurător. Participantul care nu respectă aceste reguli va fi responsabil pentru repararea prejudiciului cauzat articolelor festivalului, biletul său va fi anulat, la fel şi brăţara de acces la festival, iar Poliția îl va lua în custodie.
8.4 În zona de camping este interzis participantului să vândă mâncare și băuturi sau alte mărfuri. Promovarea altor evenimente fără acordul prealabil al Organizatorului este, de asemenea, interzisă.
8.5 Participantul nu are voie să intre în zona de camping cu boxe mari, containere cu gaz, articole pentru grătar, carne crudă, generatoare de energie electrică, articole generatoare de incendiu (cu excepția chibriturilor și a brichetelor) și cu toate articolele incluse în secțiunea III.1.4 din prezentele Reguli și Regulamente. Participanților li se permite să aducă articolele menționate în secțiunea III.1.8 din prezentul regulament.
8.6 Toți participanții trebuie să respecte mediul aruncând deșeurile reziduale în containerele corespunzătoare și să recicleze obiectele din containerele corespunzătoare, menținând zona de camping curată și fără deșeuri. Este interzis să aruncați obiecte, gunoi, țigări sau mâncare în râul Bârsa. Nerespectarea acestei reguli va avea consecințe legale pentru participant.

IV. Garanții și responsabilități
1. Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a schimba programul muzical. Participantul nu are dreptul să ceară compensații pentru aceste modificări.
2. Organizatorul nu va fi responsabil pentru daune sau victime în timpul festivalului, decât dacă acestea sunt cauzate de slaba organizare sau neglijenţă.
3. Organizatorul nu este responsabil pentru activități, acțiuni sau faptele din afara zonei festivalului.
V. Sancțiuni
Organizatorul are dreptul, efectiv imediat, să interzică accesul unui Participant în zona festivalului, total sau parțial, sau să invite Participantul să părăsească sediul festivalului, în cazul unei încălcări a regulamentului sau a unei încălcări a legii în vigoare în prezent în România.
VI. Vreme rea
În caz de condiţii meteorologice aspre, precum furtuni, lovituri de trăsnet, vânturi violente și ploi abundente, vă rugăm să urmați instrucțiunile furnizate de personalul evenimentului și de agenții de securitate și, dacă este necesar, protejați-vă evacuând zona.

I. The Regulation
1. This Rules & Regulations document is an agreement between the Organiser and the Participant. During the ticket sale, you are obliged to accept the Rules and Regulations of FOLK ROCK FEST PIATRA CRAIULUI.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the rules without prior notice to the Participant. Any changes will be posted on the Festival website – folkrockfest.ro, in the Rules and Regulations section.
3. By purchasing a ticket, a person agrees with the event rules and the following terms and conditions.
II. Tickets, types of tickets and ticket purchases
1. Tickets
1.1 There are 5 types of tickets for the festival:
• General admission – access to the festival area from the first day, 15th August, 10 am, until the end of the festival, 18th August, 2 pm.
• General admission with camping – access to the festival area from the first day, 15th August, 10 am, until the end of the festival, 18th August, 8 pm and access into the Camping area from 15th August, 10 am, until the end of the festival, 18th August, 8 pm.
• Day 1 – access to the festival area from 15th August, 10 am, until 16th August, 8 am
• Day 2 – access to the festival area from 16th August, 10 am, until 17th August, 8 am
• Day 3 – access to the festival area from 17th August, 10 am, until 18th August, 8 am
• Day 4 – access to the festival area from 18th August, 10 am, until 18th August, 2 pm
1.2 There is 1 type of upgrade:
Camping – access into the Camping area, from 15th August, 10 am, until the end of the festival, 18th August, 8 pm, is valid only with a General admission ticket.
1.3 We only guarantee the validity of the tickets purchased through our festival partner, iabilet.ro
1.4 Reselling of the tickets and invitations in order to turn a profit is strictly prohibited. The Organisers reserve the right to prohibit access to the festival area to those involved in such activities and to confiscate the resold tickets and/or invitations in their possession.
1.5 It is strictly forbidden to publish on social networks or other sites the ticket unique bar code.
1.6 Upon ticket validation (regardless of type) the Participant will receive a wristband, which allows the entrance into the festival for one person. After scanning the ticket, the Participant must keep the wristband on during the entire festival. The damaged or fake wristband will not offer any right for the Participant and access will be denied unless a new ticket is purchased. The Organiser is entitled to accompany outside the festival perimeter people not wearing the wristband.
1.7 Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued.
 2. Buying tickets
2.1 Tickets are available online: on www.iabilet.ro and in all partner shops of above-mentioned ticketing agent. Partner shops are available on ticketing agent websites. 
2.2 Starting with 15th August, until 18th August, tickets can be purchased at the selling point near the festival entrance.
3. Tickets return
3.1 The ticket is not refundable unless the event is canceled by the Organiser. Moving the event in another place in the same geographical area is not ground for reimbursement of ticket value. If the event is rescheduled, the ticket can not be refunded. Refund applications must be made within 30 days (the term imposed by law) after the date of cancellation of the event at the point of sale where tickets were initially purchased. Reimbursement of tickets can be made only when the tickets are intact, and refunding only refers to the value of the ticket. The ticket sales commission, printing and distribution costs or additional costs (accommodation, transport, courier, etc.) will not be refunded in any case.
3.2 The ticket is not refundable in case of cancelation from any of the scheduled artists in the lineup.
4. Changing prices
The Organiser reserves the right to change ticket prices without prior notice. Changes will be announced on Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului official pages. 
III. Event participation
1. Entry, Acces area
The festival map, with all the areas, is available online on www.folkrockfest.ro and on the social media official pages.
1.1 Entry to the festival will be allowed only through the general access area, based on a valid ticket, which will be replaced with an access wristband. All the Participants should have an identification document (identity card or passport) and please note that the Organiser reserves the right to deny access for any participant at any time if he/she is in an obvious state of confusion, violent or under the influence of forbidden substances. 
1.2 Access for children under 12 years is free, but only if they are accompanied by an adult parent or guardian. The accompanying adult must present a valid ticket.
1.3 Access for participants between 12 and 16 years old is allowed only if they have a valid ticket and are accompanied by an adult.
1.4 Access for participants between 16 and 18 years old is allowed only if they have a valid ticket and a signed Parental agreement.
1.5 Access to the festival is forbidden with alcoholic drinks, drugs, dangerous substances, explosives, toxic or flammable objects, pyrotechnic devices, glass objects/bottles, cosmetics, umbrellas, professional photo-video devices, air horns, drones or remote control aircraft/cars/toys, items with discriminating and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, chairs, hoverboards/segways, sky lanterns,  blunt and/or sharp objects, pepper spray, chains and weapons of any type, items that might have a negative effect on the safety, health or wellbeing of the festival-goers. Ticket holders will go through a light body check at access points in order to ensure festival rules are observed. 
1.6 Access with pets is allowed only in legal terms for pet animals in public spaces.
Pets behavior is the sole responsibility of the owner.
1.7 Participants are not allowed to bring any food or liquids in the festival area.
1.8 Items that can be allowed into the festival: backpacks, cell phones/chargers, cigarettes/lighters, digital cameras (compact, non-pro), hats, sunglasses, raincoats, eye drops for contact lenses, prescription drugs, insulin (with diabetes booklet), flags and selfie sticks, sunscreen, insect repellent.
1.9 In the camping area participants are permitted to bring water and soft beverages up to 2l per person. Alcoholic drinks can be purchased from the camping bar and the festival bars. 
1.10 Participants take full responsibility for attending the festival, including the following:
a) People with physical or mental illness for whom crowded areas, loud noises, special sound, visual and audio effects represent a risk, assume all liability for any prejudice that they may suffer during the event. The show can contain powerful light effects that could harm children or epileptic persons, the participants are fully responsible for attending the shows presented in the festival on stages/other areas.
b) Regarding the risks of injury or personal property damage, any participant is fully responsible for his behavior and for his/her personal belongings within the festival area, including camping and access areas.
c) In terms of play, entertainment, and sports areas and other alike that can pose a risk of injury, participants will make sure that they have the physical and mental condition to participate. The Organisers and their affiliates may require the participant to sign a document assuming all risks in order to access sports areas and/or other risk-bearing enterprises within the festival area.
1.11 It is strictly forbidden to enter the festival by car without a car pass issued by the Organiser.
1.12 People with disabilities who want to attend the event must send an email at contact@folkrockfest.ro with the following documents:
• Copy of the disability certificate
• Copies of ID for the person requesting access and the attendant
• Certified copies of documents attesting that the attendant is authorized to act as support attendant
• Statement on own responsibility regarding the right to accompany the disabled person, signed by the caregiver
People whose application will be considered valid will automatically receive 2 free passes to the festival, if available. If the documents are not presented or the person refuses a proper verification, they will not be allowed at the event. 
1.13 At Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului it’s possible to charge your mobile phone. This way you’ll be able to reach your friends and to share your experiences on your social media. You will find the exact placement of the charging area on the festival map and festival app. 
2. Code of conduct – the festival area
2.1 The Organiser invests a great deal of effort and manpower to turn Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului into a magic outdoor experience. Every visitor needs to show proper respect towards the fellow participants and the festival infrastructure. Tearing, breaking or any other form of destruction to the decoration, buildings and/or green areas will result in the removal from the festival and access will be denied for the entire time of the festival. The Organiser reserves the right to file a criminal complaint against the culprit. All participants must comply with the social rules, laws and those listed in these Regulations. Participants are not allowed to conduct any activities that could endanger or affect in any way the safety or the rights of any other participant, the venue, the stage, decoration and/or other items in the festival.
2.2 There will be zero-tolerance policy in regard to any violent or abusive behavior towards our staff or other festival goers – the wrong-doer will be immediately ejected from the festival premises; his/her ticket will be annulled and the associated wristband removed, also the Police and local Jandarmerie officers will be asked to take custody of the violent participant/s. The public is kindly asked to cooperate with our staff, security agents and local police forces – they are there for everybody’s safety and security.
2.3. Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului conducts an absolute zero-tolerance policy in regard to drugs. It is forbidden to use, deal and/or to be in possession of drugs on both the festival grounds and camping site. If a participant is caught using and/or dealing drugs or if he/she is found in possession of drugs, he/she will be forced to leave the festival site and/or campsite. We will keep a keen eye to make sure that everyone adheres to this rule. This policy is rigorously enforced and the relevant cases will be handed over to the Police.   
2.4 During the festival, there will be photos and video recordings: when entering the festival grounds all visitors give their silent consent to the Organiser to use and broadcast this footage for any festival promotional activity. Participants must acknowledge that it is possible to appear in such materials without being able to claim any rights to or compensation for those materials. The Organiser has the right to use these materials and publish them on various channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, festival website, festival app, all media) and use them in advertising campaigns without compensating in any way the Participant. Please read the information note regarding the use of personal data during the festival. 
2.5 Participants acknowledge that on festival grounds, any commercial or advertising activity without the written consent of the Organiser is strictly prohibited.
2.6 Participants are not allowed to reproduce visuals of the event (poster/ flyer/ etc.), to use the image or name of the artists involved (or any other names, logos or brands associated with the event), or tickets / invitations for the event, for promotional or commercial purposes without the permission of the Organiser. It is prohibited to distribute flyers or hang posters of other events/festivals during the Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului, including camping area and festival entrance surroundings. No flyers in the streets, on the camping site or on the festival grounds. 
2.7 Minors are prohibited from alcohol consumption and cigarette use. In case of doubt, the staff may require an ID to certify legal age and can deny selling alcohol and/or cigarettes to persons that fail to present a valid ID.
2.8 Attending any festival carries risks. Admission to Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului 2019 is at your own risk. If you are looking after children under the age of 18 then you assume responsibility for their safety and wellbeing. Neither Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului, nor the venue and partners will be liable for any theft, loss or damage to property unless such theft, loss or damage to property has been caused by the Organiser’s negligence – liability for theft, loss or damage to property caused by the Participant’s own negligence or by the acts or omissions of traders, patrons or any other third parties is excluded.  
2.9 Swimming in the Barsa river inside the festival area is prohibited and extremely dangerous.
2.10 Using the toilets is free of charge at Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului. There are individual plastic toilets (toi toi) in 2 (two) areas at the festival you can find on the festival map, which will be cleaned daily. In the camping area, there are toilet containers and also shower containers, for the use of participants with camping access, free of charge.
It is strictly prohibited to urinate in public. When caught urinating in public you run the risk of being removed from the festival grounds.
3. Security & Safety
3.1 Safety is one of the most important priorities of Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului. Therefore, the Organiser co-operates with the Romanian Police Force. They will be, in partnership with the Local Police, responsible for the safety of both visitors and local inhabitants. During Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului, the Romanian Police and Local Police Zărneşti Brasov will work together with specialized agents, hired specifically to ensure safety on the festival site. During the event, participants are required to comply with the security agents’ demands, to collaborate with them and to respect their instructions in cases of emergency.
3.2 In the event of acts of violence or endangerment of other people or goods, security agents may decide to evacuate the people involved outside the premises.
3.3 It is forbidden the use of fire and inflammable materials on the festival grounds or near the festival grounds, including the camping area. 
4. First Aid
4.1 During the festival, a team of first aid and a doctor will be permanently present on-site and near the entrance an ambulance will be ready to transport any wounded/in distress person to the nearest hospital in the area. You can recognize the first aid team and ambulance by their uniform and red cross signs, and their specific placement will also be pinned on the festival map and app.
If you need to bring your medication to the festival, please make sure you have a medical letter with you to show at the entrance. 
5. Lost objects
5.1 Lost and found items should be brought to the Lost&Found area, marked on the festival map. Owners can recover their objects following the Organiser’s instructions. They may be required to present evidence that the item belongs to them (e.g. PIN number for a lost mobile phone). After the festival ends, the Organiser will keep safe the found items for a period of 15 days, and if no participant asks for them, the items will be destroyed and/or disposed of.
 6. Products and Services
6.1. During the event, products and services are available in specially designated areas (bars, food court, playground, craft area, worshop area, sponsor activation areas, etc). Participants undertake to use as payment for their purchase only payment methods and tools accepted by the Organiser and their partners. As a general rule, payment inside the event will be made using Oveit system.
6.2  The Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului card is issued by the Organiser. By takeover of the card and wristband, the holder agrees to the provisions and accepts to be bound thereby. The Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului card is a digital wallet issued by the Organiser, which shall be used as the only method of payment for the in-venue purchases. The card and NFC tag are based on cashless payment technology. The card cannot be considered a debit/credit card or a cash-based payment equivalent. The card can only be used for cashless payments during Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului 2019, with an expiration date set for of 18th of August 2019, at 16:00. The remaining balance on the card can be withdrawn until the end of the withdrawal period, defined below. The terms of withdrawal are also set below. The card contains no sensitive information related to the holder. The card is valid from takeover, and it can be used following its initial charge and subsequent recharges. The unclaimed balance on the card, as it is indicated at the end of the Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului 2019, CANNOT be used at a subsequent event. 
The visitor can request a card upon arrival to the festival, at the Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului 2019 CARD TOP-UP POINT. The cancellation or replacement of lost or damaged Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului 2019 CARD(s) can only be requested by a registered user. 
The registration process:
• The user will be given at the access point a blank card; for registration and activation of the card, the user will come to the CARD TOP-UP POINT with the blank card which will be registered and activated by the festival staff with the identification elements of the user. 
• The Organiser takes no responsibility for damage caused by non-compliance with the abovementioned, loss or damage of the card, used by unauthorized persons, and/or the absence of registration. Liability for the abovementioned is expressly excluded.
• Each card has an individual account balance. The maximum amount for a single recharge (i.e. card amount top-up) is 500 RON. The balance of the card can be recharged at any given time, during the normal business hours of the festival.

The (re)charging of the card by cash (only in RON currency):
• The balance of the card can be (re)charged by any amount by cash, in RON (lei) currency only! The maximum amount of a single (re)charge is 500 RON. Complaints can only be made at the top-up point following the (re)charge (i.e. the transaction, if the difference can be clearly determined). After leaving the top-up point, no complaints are accepted.
• The staff will issue a receipt for the card (digital wallet) top-up operation.
The (re)charging of the card by debit/credit card:
• The balance of the card can be (re)charged by any amount by credit or debit card. The maximum amount of a single (re)charge is 500 RON. 
• The balance is (re)charged in RON (and converted in the default currency of the debit/credit card at the currency rate operated by the issuing bank, for debit/credit cards other than in RON currency). Complaints can only be made at the top-up point following the (re)charge (i.e. the transaction, if the difference can be clearly determined). After leaving the top-up point, no complaints are accepted.
• The staff will issue a banking card POS receipt for the banking card operation.
Replacement of the CARD:
The replacement of a lost and/or damaged card can be requested at the Helpdesk point personally, by means of providing the identity of the person requesting the replacement, identity which has to match the credentials on the card to be replaced. The replaced card is voided once the balance is transferred to the new card, at the Helpdesk point. The transfer is instant.
The vendor payment process:
Payment is made at the vendors’ booth through the interaction of the vendor payment terminals and FRF cards. The vending process consists of two distinct operations:
(i) the payment process engaged by the mobile payment terminal (mobile app), used by the vendor and the card, used by the buyer; the buyer is touching the back casing of the mobile device (operation which triggers the purchase), followed by the selection of the product(s) to be sold by the vendor, displayed on the mobile device interface; if the visitor accepts the indicated amount and product(s), the transaction is initiated by the vendor;
(ii) the vendor will issue a cash register fiscal receipt for the product(s) sold;
(iii) the balance of the digital wallet is decreased with the amount of the purchase;
(iv) the vendor’s mobile display will not show the balance of the card (digital wallet funds) for privacy reasons, but will indicate, if for the items to be purchased the available funds are insufficient;
If the transaction has been carried out and validated, it cannot be canceled. Please pay extra attention to the confirmation of each transaction, as before any purchase the vendor is required to show the items to be purchased on the mobile terminal display (interface).
Balance verification of CARD (digital wallet):
The balance of the FRF CARD (digital wallet), at any given time during normal business hours of the festival, can be checked at the top-up points. The visitor shall accept the database and the statement of the Organiser concerning the balance of the FRF CARD (digital wallet) as final and applicable.
Withdrawal of the FRF CARD balance (digital wallet funds):
The amount not used can be withdrawn at the top-up points. The visitor is also given a receipt of the withdrawal.
The FRF CARD (digital wallet) holder can withdraw the unused balance at any time during the festival. The withdrawal can be requested by the holder at the top-up points. In case a bigger amount is withdrawn, the staff can ask to check the identity of the cardholder. The visitor understands that he/she might have to comply with the request to an identity check. The last time the balance can be withdrawn at the site of the festival is the 18th of August, until 16:00, after which the funds on the FRF CARD (digital wallet) expires.
In extreme cases, under which the funds on the FRF CARD (digital wallet) expired, and the visitor has well-founded reasons for not being able to withdraw funds under the above-given framework, the visitor is requested to contact the Organiser at contact@folkrockfest.ro. 
Visitors are asked to pay attention not to leave the withdrawal of the balance to the last moment.
The visitor acknowledges and agrees that his/her personal data can be used by Oveit (Online Venues & Events S.R.L., Rosetti Tower, 6 Maria Rosetti Street, 2nd fl., Bucharest 020481, fiscal code RO 34339274), which operates the digital wallet system, in connection with the use of the wristband, in accordance with the legal provisions set on information, self-determination and freedom of information, and other laws in effect concerning data protection. The data shall be stored following the event in compliance with the relevant laws, and then shall be deleted.
The data used cannot be linked to an individual, except in the case of registration, when the visitor voluntarily consents to the use of the data.
The primary purpose of the use of the data is for registration and identification related to the FRF CARD (digital wallets).
The visitor (with simultaneous inactivation of his/ her FRF CARD) may request the deletion of his/her personal data (i.e. FRF CARD the consent to the use of his/ her personal data). The deletion can be requested from Oveit by email (contact@oveit.com). The visitor may – wholly or partially – withdraw his/her consent given earlier, without being required to state the reasons thereof. Following the receipt of the notification concerning the withdrawal, and the inactivation of the FRF CARD (digital wallet) Oveit shall forthwith provide for the termination of the data use, and shall irrevocably delete the visitor from its registry, and delete the personal data concerning the withdrawal, of which it notifies the requester.
With the visitor accepting the present document, the Organiser and the visitor agree that any claims arising out of the legal relationship specified herein may only be enforced by the competent court of law in Romania.
No photo or video or any other visual recording shall be made of the top-up points (either from the outside or the inside), or of the employees there. For such recordings, the prior written consent of Oveit is required. The above rules shall apply to all audio or visual recordings of the employees at the re-charging points too.
The Organiser is entitled to unilaterally modify these general terms and conditions, on the understanding that it shall simultaneously notify the visitors thereof.
7. Recycling and environment protection
The Organiser is setting up, along with NGOs and companies specialized in recycling and environment protection, recycling areas within the festival premises. The exact placement of these areas will be available on the festival map.
Folk Rock Fest Piatra Craiului wishes to be a clean, plastic-free event, in our mission to preserve the environment and be at the front line of responsible citizens of Planet Earth. Therefore, we ask every participant to join us in this mission and use the special containers placed for the separate collection of plastic, paper, metal cans, glass. 
8. Camping area
8.1 The festival has a camping area, situated near the festival sit and on the shore of Barsa River. Camping area staff will indicate the exact placement of every tent the participant brings along, after presenting the valid General admission with a camping ticket. Access to the festival camping area is from 15th August, at 10 am, until 18th August, at 8 pm.
There will be a tent provider on location, with a limited number of tents for rental.
Access to the festival from the camping area will be properly signaled by the festival staff.
8.2 In the camping area there will be toilet containers, shower containers, perimeter lights, a bar and food area, waste collection area. The festival does not supply electrical power to participants.
8.3 The participant is obliged to preserve, not deteriorate or steal the equipment installed in the area (toilets, showers, lighting fixtures, fences, bars, recycling devices, etc), other people’s tents and personal belongings, the environment. The participant who does not comply with these regulations will be responsible for repairing the prejudice caused to festival items, his/her ticket will be annulled, wristband removed and Police will take him/her into custody.
8.4 In the camping area it is forbidden for the participant to sell food and drinks or other merchandise. Promoting other events in this area without the prior consent of the Organiser is also prohibited.
8.5 The participant is not allowed to enter the camping area with large speakers, gas containers, barbeque items, raw meat, power generators, fire generator items (except matches and lighters), and all the items included in section III.1.4 of present Regulations. The participants are allowed to bring the items mentioned in section III.1.8 of present Regulations.
8.6 All participants must respect the environment by throwing residual waste in the appropriate containers and recycle items in the appropriate containers, maintaining the camping area clean and free of waste. It is forbidden to throw any items, may it be garbage, cigarettes, or food in the BARSA River. Failing to respect this rule will have legal consequences for the participant.
IV. Guarantees and responsibilities
1. The Organiser reserves the right to change the music program hours. The Participant has no right to demand compensation for these changes.
2. The Organiser will not be responsible for damages or casualties on festival grounds that are not caused by poor organization or neglect.
3. The Organiser is not responsible for any activities, actions or deeds outside the festival area. 
V. Sanctions
The Organiser is entitled, effective immediately, to prohibit access to a Participant in the festival area, totally or partially, or to invite the Participant to leave the festival premises, in case of a regulation breach or a breach of law currently in force in Romania.
VI. Bad weather
In case of inclement weather, storms, lightning strikes, violent winds, and heavy rain, please follow the event staff and security agents’ instructions and, if necessary, protect yourself by evacuating the area.
